Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for development services purchased from Kausar Hasan. Because services are delivered as custom work, this policy is designed to be fair to both you and me. It forms part of my Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Services

I provide custom development services delivered as digital work. Once work has begun, time and effort are committed specifically to your project, which is reflected in the refund terms below.

2. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact me as soon as possible after purchase so I can pause the work and arrange this.

3. Refunds After Work Has Begun

Once work has started, refunds are assessed based on the amount of work completed. If you cancel mid-project, you may receive a partial refund for any portion of the package that has not yet been performed. Work already completed and delivered is non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed deliverables that have been accepted or put into use.
  • Delays or failure to complete caused by missing information, content, or approvals from you.
  • Change of mind after a project has been fully delivered.
  • Third-party costs (e.g. domains, hosting, paid licenses) already incurred on your behalf.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email me at hello@kausarhasan.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all purchases, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks

If you have any issue with a purchase, please contact me first so I can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting me may delay resolution and can result in the suspension of any ongoing or future services.
