Terms of Service

I offer productized web development services in fixed-scope packages, including but not limited to landing pages, full-stack web applications, and ongoing development support. The specific scope, deliverables, price, and estimated turnaround for each package are described on the Services page at the time of purchase.

Each package covers only the work expressly described in its scope. Anything not listed is considered out of scope and may require a separate agreement or an additional fee.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are due in full before work begins, unless a written milestone arrangement has been agreed in advance. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.

Estimated timelines begin once I have received full payment and all information, content, and access I reasonably need to start the work. Timelines are good-faith estimates and may be affected by the complexity of the project or delays in receiving materials from you.

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. Additional revisions, or changes that materially alter the agreed scope, may be quoted separately.

You agree to provide accurate information and to supply any content, assets, credentials, or approvals needed to complete the work in a timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide do not infringe the rights of any third party and that you have the right to use them.

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, or pre-existing tools and code that remain the property of their respective owners and are provided under their own licenses.

I may retain the right to display non-confidential aspects of the completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing.

I will perform the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the services and this website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement not set out in the agreed scope.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data.

I will treat non-public information you share with me for the purpose of the project as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the services or as required by law.

Either party may terminate an engagement if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not cure the breach within a reasonable period after being notified. Fees for work already performed remain payable, subject to the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and it will apply to purchases made after it is posted.
